The Carol Phan College Scholarship is not an ordinary scholarship given by some corporation. We loved Carol, and Carol’s mom gives the $1,200 every year we need to award this scholarship. As such, your application must show the judges (and us) your passion, creativity, with a level of effort, and commitment, that communicates to us that you will value earning this scholarship.If this is “just another scholarship” to you…..please do not submit an entry.

This scholarship application is for a Tracy High senior enrolled in the IB and/or Ag Science program(s) with a total weighted 3.5 GPA or above and has been accepted to, and plans to attend, a 4 year college or university. Judging is based on grades, creativity, effort / quality, and passion of the submission, be it a; written essay, video, drawing or painting, photo, poem, hardware or software design, web site, Android or IOS app, etc.

Creativity is encouraged….think outside the box. Don’t be afraid to be different.

Deadline: 3:30 PM, April 6, 2018. Late submissions will not be considered.

Completed hard copies can be dropped off at the Tracy High Career Education Office or you can submit them electronically to: forcarolinc@gmail.com
